About the Job

We are currently looking for a CNC operator for a company in Motala!

The role involves programming and setting up a CNC lathe, carousel lathe, milling machine, or multifunction machine. As an operator, you will be responsible for ensuring that the manufactured part meets the specified requirements, maintaining good order at your workplace, and taking care of the equipment. The job entails processing advanced parts with high precision from single pieces to series production.

The machine park consists of several different machine brands with control systems from OKUMA OSP, Fanuc, and Heidenhain.

The start date for the assignment is immediate or as agreed. Working hours are scheduled for either daytime or continuous evening shifts. The assignment begins with an initial employment at Ikett, with a good chance of direct employment with the company.

About the Company

The company's core focus is on contract manufacturing of parts from single pieces to small or series production. They specialize according to customer specifications and process up to 3.5 meters in diameter, as well as perform 5-axis machining in these dimensions. Their clients are in the energy, aerospace, and space industries. For them, a good working environment and community are very important. They value and prioritize teamwork and good communication, as well as a friendly spirit.

Your Profile

Experience with carousel lathes, multifunction machines, CNC lathes, and/or CNC milling machines.
Knowledge of reading technical drawings
Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written

Experience with ISO and/or dialogue programming is an advantage. Experience with CAM programming is also beneficial.
